Ben after the Great South RunOn October 26, Ben took part in the Great South Run. Ben completed his race in 1.55.33 – a time that was an hour quicker than he’d hoped for – and also reached his fundraising target of £250.

Here he explains his reasons for taking part:

“My wife Alex in 2013 suffered two miscarriages first with a single baby then with a set of twins.

We were very fortunate to have support of our friends and family. Some people don’t have that support so I would like to help donate to the charity that supports others.”
