This website is designed by the Miscarriage Association as a space to commemorate pregnancy loss. The information does not create a business or professional services relationship between you and the Miscarriage Association.


The copyright of all text and materials held in this site (with the exception of third party logos and contributors’ content) is held by the Miscarriage Association. You are permitted to download, display, print, copy and distribute the content of this website subject to the materials being used for personal or internal business use only, provided that you do not modify the materials in any way and that you keep intact all copyright, trademark and any other proprietary notices. No reproduction of any part of this site may be sold or distributed for commercial purposes, nor shall it be incorporated in any other work, publication or site.

Using this website

By sharing your story or leaving a comment on this website, you agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where this website is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.

You agree that the Miscarriage Association has the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. You also understand that this website is for a limited time campaign, and may be taken down at any stage. If this happens, the M.A. does not guarantee that they will be able to provide you with a copy of any submitted content. At this stage, The Miscarriage Association intends to keep the website live until March 2015. If you would like access to your story after that, we recommend you store a copy on your own computer.

As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, the Miscarriage Association shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.


If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, we will deal with it promptly (we aim to reply within five working days) and effectively.
