At my 11 week appointment my doctor told me baby no longer has a heart beat.

I had a miscarriage. It is the hardest thing I have had to say but it has got easier to be open about it.

I have learnt that sharing can help and that silence only leads to more silence.

The following week was the most traumatic of my life as I lost not just the physical elements of my baby but the hopes and dreams that I had for my family and for the future.
