If you have been affected by miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy or molar pregnancy, the Miscarriage Association can provide you with support and information.
Website
Our main website contains a range of information about the facts and feelings of pregnancy loss, including free downloadable leaflets, stories (written, video and audio) that you can search through by topic, information for partners and how to find a counsellor.
Helpline
We have a staffed helpline, available Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. You can contact the helpline over the phone (0303 003 6464), by email (info@miscarriageassociation.org.uk) and via Live Chat on our website. If you need to talk to someone urgently or after 4pm, please remember that you can always call the Samaritans on 116 123.
Support groups
We have a UK-wide network of volunteers who have experienced miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy or molar pregnancy and offer support by running in-person and online support groups, including those for people who are currently pregnant after loss.
Online support
We provide online community support for people to share and talk about experiences together, within our private Facebook groups. Our Facebook groups include those especially for people who are pregnant again after loss.
