Lily was with us for a short time, but she left her imprints in our hearts and lives for eternity. We feel very blessed by her continual loving spiritual presence.
I have made friends with other women who are childless who help me cope when I am struggling.
You grieve for everything that you wanted and thought you were going to have... If you have been through this and are struggling, I hear you, I feel you, I am you.
I know I’ll get through this, and maybe I’ll even become a stronger person for it someday. But for now, I’m still dreaming of and yearning for you, my sweet November baby who will never be.
Who knew - a poem.
To anyone who has gone through a chemical, an early miscarriage, pregnancy of unknown location, you are still 1 in 4. You still deserve to be heard, held and supported.
I created this little poem that could be read to children already in the family.
My wish is that at some point I can write an article which will show that I have got through to the other side and I am able to have the rainbow baby that we so desperately wish for.
I haven't really processed what has happened and I am hoping writing this will help me with that, as well as hopefully helping someone else know they are not alone.
