Sometimes life has different plans, and sadly this is one,
It breaks my heart to think about it because our journey had just begun,
My tiny baby, I can’t explain to anyone how much I hurt,
But heaven must have known you were too precious for this earth.
I love you and I prayed so hard for you to stay,
You’ll never leave my thoughts, you’re on my mind every single day,
Mummy hopes you know you’re always remembered and loved,
And I can’t wait for the day we meet again, me and my tiny baby above.
The day your heart stopped beating is the day mine changed forever,
Nobody understands because it was only me and you together,
I longed for time to stand still, the time I held you in my tummy,
You felt my heart from the inside, please never forget I love you forever…
