The loss is so painful every time.

I want to share my story of what happened because there is not enough information out there around what to really expect when having a miscarriage.

You will get through this, it will be tough but there are happier times ahead.

I don’t want sympathy, but I do want awareness.

I am 1 in 4. If you are too, know that you will get through it, you are not alone, and it will only make you stronger.

Although I will never forget this experience, I don’t ever want to. Baby Han will forever be my first born!
